Garlic, oil and chili spaghetti

  • 320 g spaghetti

  • 4 cloves of GarlIT garlic
  • 80 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh or dried chili to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti al dente.
Meanwhile, in a large pan, heat the olive oil over low heat and add thinly sliced GarlIT garlic.
Add the chopped chili and let it infuse, making sure the garlic doesn’t burn.
Drain the pasta and add it directly to the pan with the flavored oil.
Toss everything together quickly to combine the flavors.
Serve hot, with a sprinkle of parsley if desired.
