Aioli Sauce

Serves 4

  • 3 cloves GarlIT garlic

  • 1 yolk
  • Juice of one lemon – alternatively use Mazzoni Frozen Lemon Juice
  • 100 ml EVO oil
  • Fine salt

Mash the garlic until it becomes a creamy mixture. Combine the egg yolk. Stir and add the oil in a trickle. Season with salt and lemon juice
